About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team, supporting customers during their home move. You will be the driving force behind a motivated outbound sales team, building a culture of excellence through coaching, accountability, and recognition.

As the Sales Team Leader, you will set high standards, challenge performance norms, and lead the team to exceed KPIs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading high-performing sales teams in a contact centre or similar environment. They will have strong commercial acumen and a passion for coaching and developing others. They will also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and be a natural motivator who brings energy, clarity, and drive to the floor.
