Job Description:

As a key member of the retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless store operations, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
    • Maintain a visually appealing store appearance and ensure impeccable maintenance standards.
    • Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results, as well as individual contribution to business outcomes.
    • Provide personalized merchandise recommendations and assist customers with requests.
  • Operational Responsibilities:
    • Prioritize workflow through effective planning and time management.
    • Support staffing levels based on business trends and payroll guidelines.
    • Understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and operations.
    • Collaborate with Store Managers to meet expectations for store maintenance and physical appearance.
  • Visual, Brand, and Product Management:
    • Support execution of pricing strategies to achieve gross margin goals.
    • Participate in visual merchandising and replenishment of merchandise to drive sales and inventory efficiency.
  • People Responsibilities:
    • Adhere to Human Resources standards and practices.
    • Hold teams accountable for achieving results and communicate opportunities for growth.
    • Manage conflict and empower team members in decision-making processes.
    Requirements:
    • Positive attitude and energetic demeanor
    • 1-2 years of retail experience
    • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
    • High school degree or equivalent
