Sales Pricing Specialist

This position is ideal for an individual with experience in sales estimating from within the housing industry. As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing accurate pricing for contracts and variations, as well as liaising with stakeholders to identify potential areas of risk.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate pricing for contracts and variations including appropriate margin considerations
- Analyse project documentation to determine if all elements are included
- Obtain relevant quotes and pricing for non-standard variations
- Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the process and identify potential areas of risk in the project
- Sales estimating experience from within a home builder
- Trade or tertiary qualifications within the Residential Building Industry
- Strong customer service focus
- High level of numeracy and computer usage skills (Estimating and Office applications)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
