As a key member of our User Management team, you'll play a crucial role in developing the User-management experience of our core product. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing business and help shape the technology and product as we grow.



Your Responsibilities



  • Develop the User Groups' roadmap from conception through completion.
  • Work cross-functionally across teams (design and engineering) to solve challenging problems using the latest technologies.
  • Make data-driven, customer-obsessed decisions and collaborate with leadership across SafetyCulture to prioritize your programs.
  • Champion customer needs and advocate for them in all interactions across the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
