We're on an exciting digital transformation journey at ING Australia, seeking an exceptional Product Leader to join our dynamic team.

As a Customer Journey Expert, you'll own and execute complex change initiatives in an Agile delivery environment.

Representing the voice of the customer, you'll have a strong vision for attracting and retaining customers and focus on continuously improving the customer benefits ING offers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing initiatives allocated to the KYC Tribe's roadmap.
  • Representing the voice of the customer and developing a strong vision for customer attraction and retention.
  • Managing and resolving incidents, events, and issues impacting internal and external customers.
  • Participating in Tribe, Chapter, and Squad meetings and ceremonies.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in a Financial Services environment or consultancy firm.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) qualification and KYC delivery experience in a Banking environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and a hunger for working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • An energetic personality with creative problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
