**Job Title:** House Supervisor

The main responsibility of this role is to oversee the daily operations of our residential services. This includes mentoring a team of support workers in providing purposeful care to young people with high and complex needs.

About the Role:
  • Build strong professional relationships with children and young people through visible interest and active engagement.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and appropriately engaging environment that fosters growth and resilience.
  • Lead staff to work collaboratively towards the best interests of children and young people.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the residential workers.
  • Ensure that staffing levels reflect the needs of the residents.
  • Conduct regular reflective supervision and team meetings to support staff development.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or similar qualification.
  • Completed Top Up Units in Youth Work (CHCMHS007, CHCPRT009, CHCCS009, CHCPRT010).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or similar (desired).
