Opportunity to Lead Front-of-House Operations

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to oversee our front-of-house operations. As a seasoned hospitality leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising front-of-house staff, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high guest satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a round-the-clock restaurant hospitality environment is necessary.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Flexibility and reliability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed are also required.
