Real Estate Debt Investing Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Private Markets Investment Analyst to join our team. As a Private Markets Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for underwriting commercial real estate debt investments and executing transactions across various real estate asset classes.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals, gain exposure to high-profile transactions, and develop strong financial and analytical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite commercial real estate debt investments
  • Execute transactions across various real estate asset classes (e.g., new originations, loan modifications)
  • Manage and service an existing portfolio of real estate debt positions
  • Maintain and develop borrower relationships
  • Conduct property tours, market research, and financial analysis
  • Prepare internal and external presentations and reports
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, lending, investment banking, or brokerage
  • Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and detail-orientation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
