Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Alternative Credit team. As Vice President, you will be responsible for structuring, repackaging and distribution of alternative credit and securitised products across global markets.

About the Role
  • You will support the origination function through bespoke credit solutions to a broad range of clients, including corporations, NBFIs, insurance companies, asset managers, and private equity funds.
  • Drive investor engagement and successful execution of structured bespoke credit solutions.
  • Lead or contribute to syndication processes and manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Originate and execute complex debt financing transactions.
  2. Provide credit analysis and risk assessment for various industries and sectors.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualified with demonstrated relevant product experience across global capital markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven execution experience in public markets.
  • Experience leading syndication processes and managing client relationships.
  • 7–10+ years of relevant experience in global markets in a similar alternative credit structuring and execution role.
