Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support team members through effective on-the-job training and development.
  • Oversee and manage the flow of service on the Event Floor, ensuring high performance standards are met.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to management to enhance productivity.
  • Implement daily operational instructions from the Assistant Floor Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuously assess team performance during shifts to maintain service excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven skills in building effective relationships and driving positive change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
