About This Role- Deliver services using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model to support participants in finding meaningful employment opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout their journey, including vocational profiling, job search strategies, resume and interview preparation, placement assistance, post-placement guidance, and ongoing mentorship.
- Develop strong partnerships with local employers to create inclusive work environments and promote diversity in hiring practices.
Celebrate participant successes and foster resilience, confidence, and long-term career advancement.
Key Qualifications- Experience working with individuals with mental health disabilities
- Strong understanding of vocational rehabilitation principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
