The VCE/VM/VET and Careers Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting students through their transition into suitable curriculum pathways. This position is responsible for overseeing the administrative elements of the VCE/VM/VET program, including monitoring annual processes and external examinations.

Job Description

This is a part-time, permanent position with an FTE of 0.60 that commences at the start of Term 1. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the VCE/VM/VET programs, providing support to students in their transition into suitable curriculum pathways, and overseeing the administrative elements of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in their transition into suitable curriculum pathways
  • Oversee the administrative elements of the VCE/VM/VET program
  • Monitor annual processes and oversee external examinations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants must have a Bachelor of Education, be VIT Registered Teachers, and possess excellent coordination skills. A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the VCE experience within the school and the wider community is also essential.
