As a Global Shipping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process of your clients' international freight. You will work closely with your clients from the start of the shipment process and provide exceptional customer service to resolve any transportation and documentation issues that may arise.

The successful Global Shipping Manager excels in a dynamic environment and is able to find efficient solutions to complex logistics challenges. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of systems and processes through our comprehensive training program.

You will be part of a high-performing team and have opportunities to advance your career in Operations, Sales, or Account Management. You will be hands-on with your clients and work collaboratively with our international team members and third-party agents to ensure seamless execution and creative problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

**Ensure Operational Excellence:**

- Understand the procedures, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping.

- Coordinate tasks on shipments to meet client requirements.

**Build Relationships:**

- Collaborate with our international team members and third-party agents.

- Develop strong relationships with clients and respond promptly to issue resolution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- High school degree or equivalent.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications:**
