Portfolio Management:
- Oversight of agile sprint-based initiatives to ensure effective execution and delivery excellence.
- Monitoring progress, benefits realisation, and velocity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting on portfolio performance to stakeholders and governing bodies.
Skillset and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in portfolio management, preferably in a PMO, business improvement, or innovation context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide quality insights and analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and sprint-based project management.
