Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join our Community Development team in Busselton, Western Australia. As a key member of the team, you will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects within Busselton and its surroundings.

The ideal candidate will have senior civil design experience in urban, land and subdivisions, with a proven track record of interpreting civil design requirements for State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Interpreting civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients.
  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping.
  • Interacting with clients regarding project needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in urban, land, and subdivisions.
  • Relevant qualifications: Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software.
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.
  • A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development.
