12D Civil Design Position

We are seeking an experienced civil designer to join our community development team in Busselton, Western Australia. This role will involve working on projects delivering solutions in urban, land, and subdivision projects within Busselton and its surrounds.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 12D software and experience in preparing conceptual and detailed designs for civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
  • Interpreting civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients
  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated senior civil designer experience in urban, land, and subdivisions
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
