We are seeking a seasoned Civil Design Specialist to contribute to our Community Development team in Western Australia. This role is ideal for a senior civil designer with experience in urban, land and subdivision projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software, as well as the ability to interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients.

Our team works on a wide range of projects including master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes. We aim to deliver innovative solutions that advance the quality of life in communities across the globe.

About the Role:

  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software
  • Interpreting civil design requirements for various clients
  • Collaborating with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
  • Communicating with clients regarding project needs

About You:

  • Demonstrating senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions
  • Holding relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering
  • Demonstrating experience ideally using 12D software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
  • A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development
