About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced, motivated, and passionate HR professionals to join our team as People and Culture Advisors. Reporting to the P&C Business Partner, you will provide efficient support and advice to employees, managers, and other internal stakeholders, as well as perform HR generalist activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day ER advice, supporting and coaching managers through employment matters and making recommendations.
  • Interpreting and implementing Modern Awards, and having a sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act.
  • Conducting Workplace investigations with a solid understanding of procedural fairness.
  • Assisting and supporting line managers with the management of staff performance, demonstrating outstanding judgement and initiative.
  • Developing and providing reporting and recommendations on P&C initiatives.
  • Assisting with delivering the HR activities to the highest standard.

About You

  • Demonstrated ER/IR advisory experience, preferably in a service sector (disability, aged care or health would be advantageous).
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
  • A quick, enthusiastic, solution-focused and people-centric approach to issues.
  • Highly organized and able to work effectively under competing time pressures.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, and excellent computer skills.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated.
  • Understanding of employment legislation and wanting to learn more.
  • A desire to collaborate with an incredible team of people across a business that genuinely cares.
