About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Frankston, Victoria.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity that offers a sliding scale of 52-76 hours per fortnight, working across a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.

  • Greet and interview potential donors to assess their suitability for donation
  • Provide clinical oversight and guide other team members during the blood collection process
  • Conduct routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests
  • Set up equipment and prepare donors for donation
  • Insert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood, plasma, and platelets
  • Manage any adverse donor reactions

You will be based at our Frankston Donor Centre and have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and be able to occasionally lift between 9-22.7kgs and frequently stand, walk, and bend to set up and pack down equipment.
