Real Estate Portfolio Management Career Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role with a leading agency in QLD.
The successful candidate will manage a clean portfolio of 150 properties, providing end-to-end management services. This includes owner, tenant and contractor liaison, ensuring all leases, authorities and documentation are fully executed, negotiating lease renewals, managing maintenance requests and work orders, and ensuring compliance with QLD regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent computing skills and attention to detail, as well as outstanding organisation and time management abilities. You must also be able to deliver high-end customer service to owners and tenants, and maintain immaculate presentation.
Requirements:
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Australian drivers license
- Previous experience in Real Estate (min 2 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
