About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our national team of psychologists, ensuring consistent service quality and compliance with best practices.

This role involves strategic leadership, where you will direct State Managers and Psychology Clinic Managers to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain and enhance the quality of psychological services in assessment and intervention across all current and future contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards across various service areas.
  • Support the professional development of team members ensuring high engagement and retention.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist with endorsement in Clinical Psychology and Board-approved Supervisor status.
  • Strong experience across a range of service areas including NDIS, Medicare, EAP, Workers Compensation, and private client pathways.
  • Proven expertise in both intervention and assessment with a strong preference for experience in complex neurodevelopmental disorder assessments.
  • A strategic mindset with experience in multi-state team management.
  • Strong skills in business development and networking to support divisional growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to travel to ORS sites across the nation as needed.
