The Senior Engineering Manager will play a lead role in shaping the next generation of major Transmission & Distribution projects.
This position is responsible for providing technical leadership for engineering during the tender phase of projects, fostering a culture of teamwork within the engineering team and across the wider business, leading the selection and collaboration with external design partners, assigning key personnel and conducting peer reviews and technical audits, driving engineering's contribution to business development, including building client relationships, and leading staff training and support ongoing professional development.
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a proven track record in delivering major energy infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, CPEng or eligibility to obtain, and membership (or eligibility) with a relevant engineering institution.
