Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

The role of Warehouse Operations Manager is to lead the warehouse team and oversee the efficient functioning of warehouse and distribution operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, attaining operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines
  • Promoting a strong safety culture across the team
  • Communicating clearly and managing team training and engagement
  • Overseeing stock accuracy, dispatch processes, and warehouse documentation
  • Coordinating with internal teams and transport partners
  • Managing daily warehouse operations and driving continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
  • Experience/knowledge with aluminium products
  • A strong safety mindset and understanding of WHSE policies
  • Forklift licence and experience, and High-Risk work permits
  • Leadership or 2IC exposure
  • Background in logistics and warehouse operations
