We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison to join our team.
This role involves establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and academic institutions.
You will serve as a bridge between the clinical community and Novo Nordisk, providing expert scientific knowledge to support research, product understanding, and clinical care.
The role requires disseminating accurate and relevant information while engaging in scientific discussions that enhance the understanding of products and their impact on patient care.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to support scientific exchange and to address unmet medical needs.
- Communicate complex scientific information and clinical insights to external stakeholders.
- Provide robust medical education and scientific support to HCPs regarding clinical data and molecule knowledge.
- Identify and communicate unmet needs and insights from the field to inform molecule development and strategy.
- Support clinical research initiatives, including investigator-initiated studies and clinical trial activities.
- Participate in conferences and scientific meetings to represent Novo Nordisk and to gather insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on strategic initiatives and scientific objectives.
- PhD, MD, Pharm D; BSc accepted with prior MSL experience.
- 3-5 years pharmaceutical industry experience or professional work experience in a scientific or medical discipline.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Valid passport or visa to travel to Europe and United States for scientific meetings.
