Job Opportunity:
The Assistant Manager (2Ic) role at a dynamic venue is an exciting opportunity to oversee the full operation, drive pace and service standards during busy periods, and support the team on the floor.

Key responsibilities include building strong connections with the team and guests alike, contributing to local marketing, promotions, and seasonal planning, and developing into a senior leadership role within a growing hospitality group.

A passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager or 2IC in a large-format or multi-revenue venue is required, confident across gaming operations, bistro service, beverage leadership, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have high energy and a strong presence during service, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative management style.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead by example across bars, bistro, gaming, and entertainment zones
  2. Maintain compliance and licensing
  3. Manage daily cash-ups
  4. Assist with scheduling and team management

Requirements:

Required qualifications and experience include:

  • Experience as a Hospitality Manager or 2IC in a large-format or multi-revenue venue
  • Confidence across gaming operations, bistro service, beverage leadership, and compliance
  • Strong presence during service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative management style
