Compassionate Home Support Professional

As a dedicated home care worker, you will play a vital role in empowering older people to experience wellbeing, choice, and independence in their lives. We provide essential in-home support to elderly clients in Victoria.
We aim to ensure every person feels valued within their community and can easily access the support they need - whether at home or in a residential setting - to live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and tidying
- Prepare light meals and assist with grocery shopping
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and shared living areas
- Provide social support and transport to appointments and community activities
- Monitor client wellbeing and promptly report any concerns
- Respect each client's preferences, cultural background, and values
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment
- Assist with personal care such as showering, grooming, toileting, and mobility (for Home Care Worker role)
- Valid Australian driver's licence and unlimited access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
- National Police Check
- Up-to-date vaccinations in accordance with our Vaccination Policy
- Full Australian working rights
- For Home Care Worker role: Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification, including current nursing students)
