Home Care Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Support professional to deliver exceptional care services in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.

The role involves providing personalized support to clients, including:

  • Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
  • Domestic support (cleaning, meal preparation, laundry)
  • Transportation in your own vehicle (appointments, shopping, activity groups)
  • In-home respite
  • Providing companionship

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support / Disability or 2nd year + nursing student
  • Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
  • CPR Certificate (within 1 year)
  • Minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Patient and compassionate nature
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a remote team
  • Dedicated, reliable, honest
  • Willng to learn and upskill with every opportunity
