Employment Officer - Sustainable Futures

">Job Description:

Our role involves overseeing skills development and training initiatives, supporting those entering the workforce or re-training for emerging employment opportunities.

Regular engagement activities are undertaken with our partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services to the community.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to teams, including data management, report preparation, media review, and research assistance.
  • Supporting providers by processing change requests, troubleshooting system issues, and providing accurate guidance based on program guidelines.
  • Assisting with performance assessments and compliance of providers in accordance with contracts and performance frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with strong organizational and time management skills.
