About the Role
This Contract Specialist position requires a high level of expertise and experience in contract management, governance, performance monitoring, and improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with our Contracts team, operational business units, shared services, and clients to establish consistency and best practice in contract requirements, CPIs, and KPIs. Key responsibilities include drafting contracts that protect EML's interests and complying with business requirements and obligations.

Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced professional with more than 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced personal injury claims environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications such as a legal or business degree are essential. Experience in designing contract and KPI monitoring systems, as well as knowledge of compliance and audit programs in the personal injury insurance environment, are highly desirable.
