Vendor Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Management Lead to oversee and manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring robust risk management practices and operational resilience. In this role, you will own the vendor management framework, driving performance monitoring and oversight to mitigate risks while achieving strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and implement the vendor management framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and global procurement policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor owners, global stakeholders, and strategic partners to enhance service delivery.
- Own and drive transitional service agreement portfolios, supporting program execution to meet business objectives.
- Define vendor performance management practices, ensuring oversight of critical suppliers, compliance reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) with strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
