The Role:As our Project Coordinator, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of delivering major infrastructure remediation projects.
Your tasks will include planning and coordination of works, equipment and personnel, as well as:
- Compiling and creating QA/QC documentation
- Coordinating direct labour workforce, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Quantity take-offs
- Project procurement
- Providing advice on technical and engineering issues
- Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements
You will be responsible for project delivery skills including budgeting, coordinating work priorities, planning, QA, stakeholder management, subcontractor management, documentation and statutory approvals.
About You:- You have experience in a similar role in the construction industry
- You possess effective communication skills
- You hold a trade background or higher education degree
- Previous remediation experience is desirable
- You are willing to learn and progress your career
- You are proficient in MS Project and Excel
