The Role
  • Drive Sales Growth:
    • Achieve territory targets and business objectives through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build Strong Relationships:
    • Develop trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance surgical precision and improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide In-Theatre Support:
    • Offer product expertise during surgical procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:
    • Ensure exceptional service and support for accounts through close collaboration with internal teams.
  • Solve Complex Challenges:
    • Apply creativity, agility, and commercial acumen to solve complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
