Job Description:
The Senior Credit Risk Manager will serve as a key decision-maker for credit policy, providing expert advice and ensuring compliance with risk management frameworks.
- Represent credit risk expertise in strategic decisions
- Evaluate and approve project documents
- Maintain adherence to policies and processes
- Support identification of relevant controls
- Attend high-level meetings to discuss project progress
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external advisors
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic and operational plans
- Excellent organizational, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Prior experience in people management, training, and coaching is beneficial
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments
