About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team in Australia. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with Strategic Selling Partners (SPs) while driving innovation in the Home & Leisure category.

The ideal candidate will have experience within e-commerce or Retail fields, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications. They should also possess pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.

This role offers a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate. You will work autonomously, taking responsibility for achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design the lead generation strategy for launching new SPs.
  • Drive launch negotiations with SPs and hand manage them through the launch.
  • Jointly develop a business plan for Strategic SPs growth on Amazon and execute it.
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams.
  • Drive customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze industry and Amazon internal data to understand competitive landscape across multiple categories.
  • Identify unique selection or seller opportunities that drive growth.
