The role will focus on developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid social, SEM, YouTube, and display channels. You'll work closely with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and product marketing, to bring cohesive and data-driven campaigns to life.

You'll be responsible for managing external agency resources, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve key performance metrics. Regularly communicating with stakeholders across the organization, providing insights and updates on the performance marketing program's impact.

  • You have at least 6 years of B2B experience in performance marketing, with success owning strategies across paid social, SEM, YouTube, and display channels.
  • You possess a deep understanding of B2B buying behaviors and proven success managing multi-million dollar budgets.
  • You are skilled at working cross-functionally with internal teams and managing external agency partnerships.
