We're seeking an Enterprise Account Director to drive both strategic growth and new business development across our education portfolio.
This role blends high-impact relationship management with market expansion, focusing on existing enterprise accounts and new opportunities.
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure high-value opportunities within the education sector.
- Lead and Close Complex Deals: Negotiate multi-year contracts and cross-portfolio solution sales.
- Build and Maintain a Strong Pipeline: Direct outreach, networking, industry events, and targeted campaigns.
- Act as an Executive Sponsor: Ensure our solutions align with clients' long-term goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and delivery teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge & Application: Deep understanding of enterprise software sales and education technology markets.
- Complexity & Problem Solving: Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Collaboration & Interaction: Strong leadership, influencing skills, and ability to build trusted C-suite relationships.
- Executive Level Presentation & Negotiation Skills: Translate complex solutions into compelling value propositions for senior decision makers.
