High-Level Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advice, coordinating communications, and preparing briefs for executive meetings. They will also work closely with executives and subject matter experts to deliver timely and effective advice and reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice on diverse and complex policy, planning, and operational matters
  • Coordinate communications and prepare briefs for executive meetings
  • Work closely with executives and subject matter experts to deliver timely and effective advice and reports
  • Monitor and proactively contribute to development of Departmental and Cluster strategic and corporate planning activities and processes
  • Establish effective governance arrangements for the Executive, councils and advisory groups

About You

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyse complex information. Additionally, you will have experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders, with a proven track record of delivering results.
