About The Role

A store manager enables their team to create great customer experiences and drive business outcomes for their store.

  • Lead a team of engaged product ambassadors who build a culture that delivers exceptional results.
  • Empower your management team to be customer-first, people-focused, and results-driven.
  • Coach your team to deliver multiple brand moments and elevate the customer experience.
  • Identify your team's development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance.
  • Work with your field VM and merch partners to provide customer insights and drive results.
  • Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity targets.
  • Advocate for positive impact by leading your team on how they can make a difference.
Key Responsibilities

  2. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams who embody the company's values.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure data-driven decision making.
