About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing camps allocated to them within our 'All-abilities' category, leading a team of Administrators pre-program and a team of Program Facilitators during the program.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and young people, and has a strong passion for the outdoors and positive wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate All-abilities Camp programs using our proven step-by-step methodology
  • Lead camp programs in locations across South Australia and interstate
  • Act as a point of contact for guardians who have children involved in our programs
Requirements
  • High level of organisation and discipline
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with children and guardians
  • Strong passion for the outdoors and positive wellbeing of young people
  • Physical fitness and ability to participate in adventure-based activities

This is a full-time contract with an opportunity to extend. Our office is located in Everard Park, South Australia 5035.
