The Property Administrator Team Leader oversees financial operations, ensuring efficient invoice management and processing while leading a team of administrative professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive training programs on financial systems and business processes.
  • Establish system expertise and cultivate additional specialists within the team.
  • Ensure team compliance with accounts payable policies through regular audits and coaching.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities within the Property Admin team as systems mature.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues from Operations teams.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate advanced system knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Effectively delegate responsibilities while maintaining accountability.
  • Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Communicate effectively across various organizational levels.

Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.

Experience in accounts payable is required, preferably in a property management environment.

At least 3 years' experience operating accounting or business systems (CAAPS, MRI preferred).

1-2 years' team leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
