Job Description:

  • As a coordinator of outdoor programs, you will oversee camps allocated to you within the all-abilities category.
  • Lead teams of administrators pre-program and program facilitators during the program.
  • Coordinate camp programs located mainly in South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland, Northern Territory, Central Australia, and Tasmania.
  • Be responsible for physically attending and leading camp programs in locations across the regions mentioned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High level of organization and ability to build rapport with kids and guardians.
  • Strong passion for the outdoors and positive wellbeing of young people.
  • Physical fitness and capability.
  • Knowledgeable or passionate about adventure-based activities.
  • Core values aligned with those of our organization.
  • Strong team leadership skills.
  • Decent understanding of administration and Google suite of programs.
  • Multiple years of experience in an educational style role.
