
Clinical Leadership Specialist

This is a critical leadership position that utilizes exceptional clinical skills to make a meaningful impact on clients and team members. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, develop strong relationships, and contribute to the growth of our organisation.
To be successful, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist, enabling them to practice at the highest level and provide expert care to clients.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in occupational therapy, gained through working in diverse settings and developing a deep understanding of the profession.
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS, including leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve excellent outcomes.
- Proven ability to provide training and supervision to other occupational therapists, fostering their growth and development within the organisation.
- A passion for leadership and delivering evidence-based interventions, driving innovation and excellence in practice.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access, ensuring flexibility and mobility in the role.

- Current registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Valid Working with Children and Police Checks, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and colleagues.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle, providing flexibility and mobility in the role.
