CareFlight is a leading aeromedical organisation with a strong social purpose. Our mission is to deliver high-quality services and support to patients across Australia.

We operate across the country, with major base locations in NSW and the NT. Our specially trained doctors, nurses, paramedics and aircrew use helicopters, turbo prop aircraft, aeromedical jets and patient transport vehicles to provide critical support to patients.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sponsorship Manager to join our fundraising team. The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of sponsors and supporters, as well as identifying new opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with existing sponsors to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new sponsorship opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Design and implement effective sponsor activation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to design innovative sponsorship opportunities.
  • Attend networking events and assist with CareFlight's events as required.
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our sponsorship efforts. The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex relationships.

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in not-for-profit sponsorship and commercial fundraising.
  • Track record of driving corporate sponsorship revenue growth.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of negotiation methods.
