Customer Experience Manager

We're seeking an experienced customer experience professional to join our fast-paced team.

This role involves planning and executing data-driven campaigns, building brand loyalty, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a CRM or Loyalty role, ideally within eCommerce or retail.

Key responsibilities include campaign management, execution, segmentation, and data analysis. The successful candidate will be able to work closely with the CRM team to surface insights, drive learnings, and make recommendations that optimise future campaigns.

  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with Marketing teams to plan and execute Email Marketing calendars.
  • Execution: Build, test, and launch personalised communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms.
  • Segmentation & Messaging: Execute targeted campaigns across SMS, app, and email channels.
  • Data & Insights: Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and reports.
  • Loyalty Optimisation: Play a key role in executing and evolving customer loyalty programs.
  • Proven experience with customer journeys, segmentation, A/B testing, and triggered messaging.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (desired).
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign results and provide actionable insights.
