PERSOLKELLY, a leading workforce solutions provider in APAC, is seeking experienced IT support experts to join their Local Council client based in Townsville.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding experience as an IT Support Specialist within a dynamic team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality technical assistance to end-users, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional IT support services to employees across the Local Council, resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure timely escalation of complex problems and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Administer security management processes to safeguard Council data and assets.
- Analyze incident trends to identify opportunities for business improvement.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar or related IT Service Desk role.
- Expert knowledge and/or experience in ITIL principles, ServiceNow, Microsoft Windows, and management tools.
- Familiarity with Windows Domain environments, remote desktop tools, PC hardware and peripherals, software deployment technologies, local and wide area networking technologies, VMWare infrastructure systems, and security-related technologies.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
