Event Coordinator Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to oversee weddings, parties, corporate events, and other celebrations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering unique and memorable experiences, working with clients to bring their visions to life. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

As an Event Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of services and products. You'll also develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of events, including weddings, parties, and corporate functions.

  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or a related field.
