Bookkeeper Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Process weekly payrolls for multiple clients with varying employee numbers using employment software.
  • Manage accounting systems including Employment Hero, MYOB, Xero, and EzzyBills or Hubdocs, ensuring seamless data upload and payment processing.
  • Prepare invoices, process accounts payable, and reconcile bank statements for multiple clients.
  • Assist in preparing Activity Statements, Payroll Tax Returns, and Monthly Management reports for stakeholders.
  • Train and support junior staff members in bookkeeping and client administration tasks.
