As a Warehouse Supervisor at Kuehne + Nagel (SGMY), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse located in the 10 Pioneer Crescent, Singapore Logistics Hub.
This full-time position will see you leading a team of warehouse associates to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of all goods and materials.
What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team to meet productivity and quality targets
Oversee the receiving, storage, retrieval and dispatch of goods and materials
Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to maintain optimal levels
Ensure that all warehouse operations adhere to standard operating procedures and health and safety regulations
Identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks to maintain workflow
Provide training and coaching to warehouse associates to continuously improve their skills and performance
Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse activities with the overall business objectives
What we're looking for
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Good communication and leadership abilities to effectively guide and motivate a team
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
Must be Singaporean or Permanent Resident Only.
