Regional Product Advocate

As a product marketing manager in the Asia-Pacific region, you will play a key role in shaping our product vision and strategy to ensure we're creating solutions that genuinely resonate with our market and customer needs.
- You'll lead new product launches, working cross-functionally with key stakeholder groups, to deliver on key goals and product growth metrics across the full product lifecycle.
- You'll own and continually test and optimise product positioning and go-to-market messaging.
- You'll lead and optimise market, competitor and customer insight gathering and analysis to inform ongoing product development, campaigns and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead Sales and Client Success enablement programs, product marketing campaigns and communications programs to support new and existing product sales.
- Develop and implement partnerships marketing programs across channel and product partnerships.
- Lead and maximise product showcase opportunities at major events.
- Continuously track and report on performance of product marketing campaigns and use key learnings to increase ROI.
- Experience in product marketing for B2B solutions (B2B2C desirable), ideally working with complex product portfolios in a B2B environment.
- Experience in developing and managing sales enablement programs.
- Excellent storytelling skills with experience crafting product positioning and sales narratives that distil what really matters to a customer in a meaningful, simple way.
- Strong analytical and growth mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret market and competitor intelligence to identify market and product growth opportunities and optimise results.
- Experience with content creation across a range of formats and channels (including user videos).
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work cross-functionally and effectively collaborate with different key stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (ideally Hubspot) and Salesforce CRM.
