Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated mechanical fitter to join our team. As a key member of the Beverages Maintenance Reliability team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and continuity of our factory.

You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance schedules, attending breakdowns or other assigned tasks, and working independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG manufacturing or a willingness to learn, along with relevant qualifications and experience in mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification in Fitter Trade Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Experience within the FMCG manufacturing industry (preferred)
  • Ability to diagnose faults, production breakdowns, production start-ups, and operating settings
  • Competency in servicing and maintaining industrial equipment
  • Familiarity with computerized Maintenance System
  • Knowledge and skills in providing both food (HACCP) and people safety
  • Basic knowledge of engineering and pneumatic drawings
